Vivobarefoot uses gendered EU sizing: men's and women's sizing is the same length at the same number, but men's sizing is wider and taller in height, and vice versa.

Ground Feel

The Tracker Winter SG has medium groundfeel and flexibility.

Compared to similar conventional shoes, these are more flexible once the leather breaks in due to the flexible soles. The 5mm lugs are designed for soft ground, and they will feel more barefoot on soft ground. On hard ground like concrete, they will have a little less ground feel compared to non-lugged Vivobarefoot models.

If you are new to barefoot or minimal shoes and used to a lot of cushioning and support, take it slow and easy with brief walks to get used to zero drop and sensory feedback from the ground.

Care

You can brush off dirt and wipe these clean. Vivobarefoot recommends leather balsam products to maintain and condition these boots. Keep leather away from heat sources.
